Travel Vaccines
If you are planning to travel out of the country, please visit Travels' Health to ensure you are up-to-date on travel health notices for the places your are visiting and have all of the recommended vaccines. Orchard does not participate in Illinois' Vaccine for Children (VFC) Program. If you need assistance keeping up-to-date with your child's vaccines, please visit:

Illinois Residents - Access your official immunization records with Vax Verify
Illinois residents 18 years and older can now check their vaccination records online through Vax Verify immunization portal. Immunizations records are kept confidential and only the individual can access their vaccination history.
